Orders can be placed easily on the website, but you are welcome to call us on 07786 262699 with your order or any enquiries.

By using our website and ordering from us, you are accepting our terms and conditions. All prices are in pounds sterling, prices include VAT. We welcome payment by card - Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro or Electron. We regret that we cannot accept American Express cards. Payment will not be taken until the goods are being dispatched, and we will only take payment for goods being dispatched on that day. Unfortunately we cannot accept cheques. Orders placed over weekends and bank holidays will be processed the next working day.


Most goods will be sent on a service that requires a signature. Please specify a delivery address where someone will be available during normal office hours to sign for the parcel. We aim to dispatch your order at least the day after we receive it, if not on that day for orders received in the morning. However at busy times please allow 14 days for delivery. We will send your order on a standard 48 hour service, unless otherwise informed. 24 hour service is available for orders placed before 12.30pm please contact for costs. For delivery of larger items and Tipi’s please see below.

Carriage Charges

Mainland UK orders are carriage free if you spend over £75. Carriage for orders below this amount is £4.95. For all orders this includes insurance should the goods be lost or broken in transit.
Non-mainland UK orders

Orders over £100 are carriage free. Under this amount, orders weighing under 1200g will incur a £4.95 carriage charge. Orders over this weight will be charged at £12 per box. We will contact you to confirm the total.

Europe and the rest of the world

Please place your order, and we will contact you to confirm carriage charges.

Standard Service

Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday, within normal office hours. Please ensure you will be in when your delivery is due, as there may be an additional charge for re-delivery.
Please check items for damages before the driver leaves, as it is not possible to claim for damages that have occurred in transit, if they are not pointed out to the driver. Unfortunately the driver cannot remove the pallet or wrapping. The standard delivery service costs £4.95 for UK mainland orders, or is free for orders over £75.
Some areas of the UK, Scotland and Northern Ireland may be subject to a surcharge, this is levied on us by our couriers. As a guide, the following UK postcodes may be subject to a surcharge: AB, DD, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE along with Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles & Northern Ireland. If a surcharge is applicable we will contact you prior to dispatching the order to confirm with you, please be assured we will only add the surcharge if it is essential. We will be able to dispatch the goods from our warehouse within a few days of receiving the order, dependant upon stock levels.

For all Tipi and large item orders, please supply a daytime contact phone number as we need to speak to you to arrange delivery.
For all other destinations we will contact you with a quotation for delivery. We ship worldwide, so please feel free to place orders wherever you are, and we will give you a call with a quotation for delivery.


Any loss or damage or shortage must be notified to Green Elephants as soon as possible and in any event within 7 days of delivery. Unwanted items may be returned in their original packaging, in perfect saleable condition, for a full refund. We regret that postage costs cannot be refunded unless goods are being returned due to an error on our part. This applies to both outbound and return postage.

Descriptions and Care of Goods

We have taken every care to ensure that pictures and descriptions are representative, but please be aware that most products are handmade and minor variations are inevitable. This is particularly true for soft furnishings, even more so for those made from recycled sari- all these pieces are unique.

Privacy Statement

When you place an order, we require your name, address, telephone number, email address and card number, expiry date, start date and issue number, if applicable. Once your order has been completed we will delete your payment details, but the rest of the information will be kept so we can inform you of offers and new products from Green Elephants.  If you do not wish to be kept on our mailing list please contact us. We will not pass your details on to any other companies.
